The Rhythm & Cherry Highball
If you’re looking for a cocktail that captures the season’s energy, this Rhythm & Cherry Highball is your answer. Bright, refreshing, and effortless, it elevates a classic serve with a pop of colour and rich cherry notes that perfectly highlight Crimson Jam’s fruity character.
Ingredients:
- 45 ml KURIO whisky
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cherry jam
- 30 ml soda water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
How to make:
- Add the whisky, lemon juice, cherry jam, and bitters to a shaker and shake until the jam is fully dissolved.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh cherry.
