Ingredients:

  • 45 ml KURIO whisky
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cherry jam
  • 30 ml soda water
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

How to make:

  1. Add the whisky, lemon juice, cherry jam, and bitters to a shaker and shake until the jam is fully dissolved.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh cherry.
