Kim Kardashian has been unflinchingly candid lately.
Following her revealing appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she discussed her challenging co-parenting relationship with Kanye West, the Skims founder now opens up about a deeply personal health diagnosis in the upcoming seventh season of The Kardashians: a small brain aneurysm.
What Has Kim Kardashian Said About Her Brain Aneurysm?
“There’s like a little aneurysm,” Kim says in a clip from the season preview, which aired during the October 22 premiere. The footage shows her lying inside an MRI machine as doctors make the discovery. “They’re like ‘it’s just stress.’”
Later, Kim appears in tears, asking, “Why is this happening to me?”

What Happens In ‘The Kardashians’ Season 7?
The new season follows Kim as she confronts the emotional and physical toll of stress, much of it stemming from her high-profile divorce from Kanye West and and his ongoing actions. “I haven’t had psoriasis since I’ve gotten a divorce and it just started coming back,” she says to a producer while examining red rashes on her legs.
“I was pretty tested I will say,” she continues. “Very tested. I mean, I have psoriasis again. I felt it, I felt more stressed probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect. My kids are involved now.”
For the first time, Kim reveals that one of her children became aware of the tension.
“This is the first time I think one of my kids knew what was happening,” she admits.
“I’ve been able to hide it for so long. I always felt like I had a little bit of Stockholm syndrome to where I always felt really bad and always protected and always wanted to help and this was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility personally.”
What Has Kim Kardashian Said About Kanye West?
Kim also addresses the public speculation around her co-parenting relationship with Kanye, and how it adds to her stress.
“It’s very confusing cause it will be all this talk on the internet that I’m keeping the kids,” she explains. “He’s never once called and asked. And then I’ll wake up and it’s on Twitter that I’m keeping the kids. So, it’s just like when it’s not true and not rational I just have to like… I can’t engage all the time.”
“It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping,” she adds. “We haven’t left. We’re in the same spot. We have the same address so he’s knows where his kids are at. What happened to the house you bought next door and we were going to co-parent.”
Despite the chaos, Kim says she’s choosing peace over pressure.
“I’m not looking for it,” she tells a producer when prompted if Kanye has ever apologised. “I don’t care. Is it sad? It’s so f–king sad. But I can’t stress too much about that. I have to worry about other things.”
The seventh season of The Kardashians is now streaming on Hulu and Disney+, with new episodes dropping weekly through December 25.
