Sienna Miller revealed she is expecting her third child at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London, making a rare public appearance at the Royal Albert Hall alongside her partner, 28-year-old Oli Green.
The actress has kept a low profile in recent months, and her return to the red carpet served as the first public confirmation of the news.
For the occasion, Miller wore a sheer white gown from Sarah Burton’s forthcoming spring 2026 debut collection for Givenchy. The look was understated yet deliberate, styled with loose beach-blonde waves, chandelier earrings and metallic nails.
True to form, Miller avoided anything resembling traditional maternity dressing, opting instead for a fluid, semi-transparent silhouette that aligned with her long-established bohemian aesthetic.
She shares a young daughter with Green, and is also mother to 12-year-old Marlowe, whom she co-parents with ex-partner Tom Sturridge. In recent years, Miller has spoken candidly about the complexities of motherhood in her forties.
She previously told ELLE UK in 2022 that she froze her eggs at 40 after experiencing intense social pressure around fertility and timing.
“Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade,” she said. “Then I got to 40 and I froze some eggs… if it happens, it happens. That existential threat has dissipated.”
In a December 2023 interview with Vogue, the 43-year-old addressed public scrutiny surrounding both her age gap with Green and her decision to have a child in her forties. She described the criticism as rooted in long-standing misogynistic and patriarchal attitudes.
“People are comfortable with a way of living that has existed for many years,” she said, noting the double standards that emerge when a woman is older than her partner or becomes pregnant over 40. “Suddenly it’s framed as ‘irresponsible’ or ‘poor child’ — judgments that simply aren’t applied in the same way to men.”
Miller is also no stranger to turning personal milestones into defining fashion moments. At Vogue World: London in 2023, she attended while pregnant in a sculptural Schiaparelli puffball skirt and cropped ruched top that became one of the most talked-about looks of the night. This year’s Fashion Awards appearance was more restrained, but no less influential.
