Sofia Richie Grainge is pregnant with baby number two. The 27-year-old model and entrepreneur announced she’s expecting her second child with husband Elliot Grainge in true Sofia fashion: low-key, elegant and effortlessly cool.
On October 16, Richie Grainge shared the news with a mirror selfie posted to Instagram, dressed in a sleek athleisure outfit she’d raised to show off her baby bump.
“On my way to launch these babies + @srgatelier,” she captioned the photo — a characteristically understated nod to both her pregnancy and her fashion label, SRG Atelier.
The post quickly racked up thousands of comments from friends and fans alike, congratulating the couple on their growing family.
The pair, who wed in an ultra-chic ceremony in the South of France in April 2023, are already parents to daughter Eloise, born in May 2024.
Speaking to Vogue about her first pregnancy, Sofia talked about her apprehension on sharing the news.
“Pregnancy is really scary and you want to protect that space,” she said.
“I didn’t realise there are so many milestones you have to hit and so many tests you have to take. For me, it was really important to protect our mental health and our space as a couple.”
Richie Grainge has spoken candidly about how becoming a mother reshaped her sense of self, telling Vogue earlier this year that motherhood “completely changed [her] perspective” and inspired her to feel more confident in her natural beauty.
During her first pregnancy, Riche Grainge kept her maternity style sophisticated and understated, taking a truly practical approach to her wardrobe.
“I’m not really tapping into maternity wear at all, if anything, I’m just sizing up,” she told the publication.
“I’m also not buying an entirely new wardrobe for this pregnancy. I’ve bought a few pairs of pants in bigger sizes, but I’m wearing my same jackets, and sweaters, and trenches
